Rutsiro: Umwarimu arakekwaho guhengera umugore we adahari agasambanya umwana w’umuturanyi

Umwarimu wigisha mu mashuri abanza mu Murenge wa Kivumu mu Karere ka Rutsiro, ari gushakishwa nyuma yo gukekwaho gusambanya umwana wo mu baturanyi bari batumye mu rugo rwe.

Igikorwa cyo gushakisha uyu mwarimu, cyatangiye ubwo umwana ukekwaho gusambanywa, yavugaga ko yakorewe ibya mfura mbi n’uwo murezi ariko ko yabivuze yatinze kuko ukekwaho kumusambanya yamuteye ubwoba amubwira ko naramuka abivuze azamumerera nabi.

Uyu mwarimu usanzwe wigisha ku Ishuri Ribanza rya Gahondo mu Murenge wa Kivumu, afite imyaka 30 mu gihe umwana w’umukobwa akekwaho gusambanya we afite imyaka 13 y’amavuko akaba yiga mu mwaka wa gatanu w’amashuri abanza.

Patrick Muhizi Munyamahoro uyobora uyu Murenge wa Kivumu yataganje ko uyu mwana yabihishuye mu gitondo cyo kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 15 Kanama.

Yagize ati “Yabanje kurwana nabyo, nyuma yuko mwarimu amushyizeho iterabwoba ko nabivuga azamwica.”

Avuga ko uyu mwana yabanje kubibwira umubyeyi we [Mama we] na we agahita abimenyesha inzego.

Ati “Icyo twihutiye gukora ni ukujyana umwana kwa muganga, naho inzego turimo kumushakisha [umwarimu ukekwa].”

Uyu muyobozi avuga ko igikorwa cyo gusambanya uriya mwana gikekwa kuri uriya mwarimu yagikoze“Ku wa Gatandatu ahengereye umugore we adahari, asambanya umwana w’imyaka 13 w’umuturanyi.”

Avuga ko uyu mwana w’umukobwa akekwaho gusambanywa tariki 13 Kanama 2022, ubwo iwabo bari bamutumye mu rugo rw’uwo mwarimu ukekwaho kumusambanya.

Uyu mwarimu uri gushakishwa, asanzwe afite umugore n’abana batatu, bikaba bivugwa ko kiriya gikorwa akekwaho gukora cyabaye abandi bo muri uru rugo rwe badahari.
