U Rwanda rwagaragaje icyo rwo na Congo bakeneye ku mahanga n’icyo batayifuzaho

Uhagarariye u Rwanda mu Muryango w’Abibumbye, yavuze ko mu gushyira mu bikorwa Amasezerano y’Amahoro iki Gihugu cyagiranye na DRC, hakenewe ubufasha bw’Akanama k’uyu Muryango gashinzwe Amahoro n’Umutekano ku Isi, aho kuvangira inzira ziri gukoreshwa cyangwa kuziyobya.

Hon. Martin Ngonga yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 13 Ukwakira 2025 ubwo hateranaga Inteko y’Akanama k’Umuryango w’Abibumbye gashinzwe Amahoro n’Umutekano ku Isi.

Agaruka ku bikubiye muri Raporo igaragaza uko inzira z’ibiganiro zigamije gukemura ibibazo by’u Rwanda na Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo bihagaze, Ngonga yagaragaje bimwe mu bikubiyemo, nko kuba haragezwe ku Masezerano y’Amahoro yasinywe tariki 27 Kamena 2025.

Yagaragaje ko iriya raporo igaruka kuri bimwe byitezweho gutanga umuti, nk’ishyirwaho ry’Urwego ruhuriweho rwa CONOPS, gusenya umutwe wa FDLR, kubaha ubusugire bwa buri Gihugu hagati y’ibi Bihugu byombi (u Rwanda na DRC), guhagarika gutera inkunga imitwe yitwaje intwaro ndetse na gahunda yo gucyura impunzi.

Ngoga yavuze ko yifuje kugaruka kuri iyi Raporo, agamije kwibutsa ko Ibihugu bigize aka Kanama gahuza imvugo n’imyumvire, kuko hari bimwe bifite amakuru anyuranye n’ukuri.

Ati “Kubera ko muri aka kanya ndabona hari abafite amakuru adahagije imbere y’Akanama ku ntambwe iri guterwa mu masezerano y’i Washington cyangwa se harimo kudahuza kuri yo.”

Yaboneyeho gusaba Uhagarariye Leta Zunze Ubumwe za America muri aka Kanama kugaragaza muri macye intambwe iri guterwa mu gushyira mu bikorwa ariya masezerano, bityo n’umusanzu w’aka Kanama ukaza uri mu murongo w’ibiriho bikorwa.

Ati “Kuko ibyo ni byo bizafasha aka Kanama gutanga umusanzu wako uhagije mu gushyikira ibiri gukorwa.”

Yakomeje avuga ko muri ariya masezerano u Rwanda na Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, byemeranyijwe gukemura ibitera ibibazo hagati y’ibi Bihugu.

Ati “Rero turasaba Akanama kudushyigikira muri urwo rugendo. U Rwanda ruzashyira mu bikorwa ibyo twiyemeje mu murongo ugenwa n’amaszerano y’i Washington, kandi tuzakomeza gushyigikira ibiganiro by’i Doha.”

Yakomeje asaba aka Kanama kimwe n’andi mahanga yose gushyigikira ubu bushake bwagizwemo uruhare n’Umuryango wa Afurika Yunze Ubumwe, Leta Zunze Ubumwe za America ndetse na Qatar.

Ati “Icyo ngamije banyamuryango b’Akanama, ni ugushimangira ko hari amasezerane yabayeho hagati y’Ibihugu byacu byombi, yakozwe hagendewe ku bushobozi bwacu, tubifashijwemo na America.”

Yakomeje avuga kandi ko Qatar na yo ikomeje gutanga umusanzu wayo kimwe n’Umuryango wa Afurika Yunze Ubumwe. Ati “Dukeneye inkunga y’Akanama. Ikindi kandi turifuza guhabwa amahirwe yo gushyira mu bikorwa amasezerano uko ari. Ntabwo dukeneye ko mwivanga mu buryo bushobora kugora inzira iri gukoreshwa cyangwa kuzana ibyayiyobya.”

Gusa Ngoga yagarutse ku bibazo bigihari bigomba gushakirwa umuti, birimo imbwerwaruhame z’urwango, ndetse n’ikibazo cy’umutwe w’iterabwoba wa FDLR, kimwe n’ikibazo cy’abacancuro bakiri mu burasirazuba bwa DRC.
