U Rwanda rwahamirije Isi ko rwubahiriza amasezerano rwasinye yo kurengera ibidukikije

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda ivuga ko yashyize umukono ku masezerano 16 ajyanye no kurengera ibidukikije, kandi ko rwubahiriza ibyo rusabwa uko bikwiye, rugasaba Ibihugu gutahiriza umugozi umwe mu guhangana n’imihindagurikire y’ibihe.

Byatangajwe na Minisitiri w’Intebe, Dr Edouard Ngirente mu nama yiga ku ngamba zo guhangana n’imihindagurikire y’ibihe iri kubera muri Kenya.

Muri iyi nama, Umuyobozi w’Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku buzima (OMS/WHO), Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus; yavuze ko hari impamvu zihutirwa zo kurengera ibidukikije, zirimo ingaruka zikomeje guterwa n’imihindagurikire y’ikirere.

Yagize ati “Ubushyuhe bukabije bukomeje kongera indwara z’umutima. Umwuka uhumanye na wo utera kanseri y’ibihaha, asima, ndetse n’izindi ndwara z’ibihaha zidakira. Hari ibinyabutabire bitera ibibazo mu mitekerereze, indwara z’umutima n’impyiko”

Yakomeje agira ati “Amapfa no kubura amazi bituma abaturage babura ibiribwa bikwiye kuko birushaho guhenda. Imihindagurikire y’ikirere nayo ituma imibu, inyoni n’izindi nyamaswa bihindura imyitwarire n’icyerekezo. Ibyo bituma zikwirakwiza indwara zandura na malaria.”

Arongera ati “Ingaruka z’ihumana ry’ikirere no kugabanuka kw’ibinyabuzima; ntabwo biteye impungenge zo kuzateza ibibazo mu minsi iri imbere, ahubwo ingaruka zabyo tuzirimo uyu munsi. Ibyo bidutegeka kugira icyo dukora mu kurerengera ikirere.”

Minisitiri w’Intebe w’u Rwanda, Dr Edouard Ngirente yavuze ko kubera ibi bibazo byose biterwa n’imihindagurikire y’ibihe, hakwiye ingamba kandi zigashyirwamo imbaraga n’Ibihugu bitandukanye.

By’umwihariko Dr Edouard Ngirente yavuze ko u Rwanda rwashyize umukono ku masezerano menshi yo kurengera ibidukikije, kandi yose rukaba rushyira mu bikorwa ibyo rusabwa byose.

Yagize ati “Ibi biratwibutsa twese ko imikoranire ari ngombwa mu guhangana n’ibibazo by’imibereho bikomoka ku migindagurikire y’ikirere bibangamiye imibereho y’abatuye kuri iyi Si. Uyu kandi ni umwanya wo kwerekana ubushobozi bw’ibyemezo bishingiye ku siyansi mu guhangana n’iki kibazo kibangaiye ibidukikije.”

Yakomeje agira ati “U Rwanda rwashyize umukono ku musazera arenga 16 agamije kurengera ikirere, twayashyize mu mikorere yacu, kandi ducungira hafi uko ashyirwa mu bikorwa. Nishimiye no kubabwira ko twubahiriza ibyo ayo masezerano adusaba byose.”

Dr Ngirente yagaragaje ko Ibihugu byose bigomba gushyira mu bikorwa ibyo bisabwa kugira ngo intego z’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ku guhangana n’imihindagurikire y’ibihe, zigerweho.
