Umugore wo mu Murenge wa Muko mu Karere ka Gicumbi ukurikiranyweho gusambanya umwana w’umuhungu ubwo yamutangiraga avuye guhaha akamukururira mu ishyamba akamusambanya akanamwanduza imitezi, yemera icyaha ariko akavuga ko atari azi ko arwaye iyi ndwara yanduririra mu mibonano mpuzabitsina.

Ni umugore ukurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Gicumbi rwanashyikirije ikirego cyabwo Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Gicumbi mu cyumweru gishize ku ya 07 Ukuboza 2022.

Uyu mugore wo mu Mudugudu wa Kirara mu Kagari ka Rebero mu Murenge wa Muko, akurikiranyweho gusambanya umwana w’umuhungu w’imyaka 13 y’amavuko akanamwanduza imitezi.

Ubushinjacyaha bw’u Rwanda bukomeza bugira buti “Ni bwo uwakoze icyaha yahise afatwa n’inzego zibishinzwe.”

Mu iburana rye, uyu mugore yemera icyaha aregwa ariko akavuga ko atari azi ko arwaye imitezi, ndetse akavuga ko uyu mwana ari we wamwisabiye ko basambana.

Ubushinjacyaha buti “Ibyo usanga ari uguhunga icyaha kuko azi neza ko gihanwa n’amategeko.”

 

ICYO ITEGEKO RITEGANYA

Ingingo ya 4 y’itegeko Nº 69/2019 ryo ku wa 08/11/2019 rihindura Itegeko nº 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange

“Umuntu wese ukorera ku mwana kimwe mu bikorwa bishingiye ku gitsina bikurikira, aba akoze icyaha:

1 º gushyira igitsina mu gitsina, mu kibuno cyangwa mu kanwa k’umwana;

2 º gushyira urugingo urwo arirwo rwose rw’umubiri w’umuntu mu gitsina, cyangwa mu kibuno cy’umwana;

3 º gukora ikindi gikorwa cyose ku mubiri w’umwana hagamijwe ishimishamubiri.

Iyo abihamijwe n’urukiko, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka makumyabiri (20) ariko kitarenze imyaka makumyabiri n’itanu (25).

Iyo umuntu mukuru asambanyije umwana uri munsi y’imyaka cumi n’ine (14), igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu kidashobora kugabanywa kubera impamvu nyoroshyacyaha.

Iyo umuntu mukuru asambanyije umwana ufite cyangwa urengeje imyaka cumi n’ine (14) bigatera umwana indwara idakira cyangwa ubumuga, igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu.
