Umunyeshuri urangije ikizamini cya mbere mu bya Leta asohokanye inkuru ishimishije

Ku munsi wa mbere w’ibizamini bya Leta, bamwe mu banyeshuri, bagisohoka mu kizamini cya mbere, bavuze ko basanze ari ibisanzwe, ndetse ku buryo bizeye ko bazabitsinda.

Saa 8h30 za mu gitoondo, hatangijwe ibizamini bya Leta byakozwe n’abarimo abasoza icyiciro rusange cy’amashuri yisumbuye ndetse n’abasoje iki cyiciro.

Ku rwego rw’Igihugu, ibi bizamini byatangirijwe ku Rwunge rw’Amashuri rwa Kigali, n’Umunyamabanga Uhoraho muri Minisiteri y’Uburezi, Charles Karakye.

Charles Karakye, avuga ko inzego z’uburezi zakoze ibishoboka byose zigategura abana neza, ku buryo hari icyizere ko bazitwara neza muri ibi bizamini.

Yagize ati “Abanyeshuri n’abarezi twarabateguye neza, ku buryo dusanga imitsindire y’uyu mwaka izaba ishimishije cyane, bitewe n’impinduka twagiye tubona.”

Ku isaha ya saa 11:30’, abanyeshuri bari basohotse mu kizamini cya mbere, bamwe basohokana akanyamuneza, bigaragara ko byabagendekeye neza.

Umwe muri bo aganira na RADIOTV10, yavuze ko uko bari bategereje iki kizamini atari ko bakibonye kuko bari bagifitiye ubwoba ariko bakaba basanze ari ibisanzwe.

Ati “Kubera ukuntu twari dusanzwe dukora ibizamini bya NESA, rwose byaradutinyuye kandi bidufasha kwitegura.”

Ministeri y’Uburezi iravuga ko kuba inyuzamo igatanga ikizamini kimwe mu Gihugu hose, byaratumye ibasha kumenya uko abanyeshuri bahagaze n’ahari icyuho ku buryo biteze umusaruro udasanzwe uzabiturukaho ubwo amanota y’ibizamini bya Leta by’uyu mwaka azaba yasohotse.

Ikigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe Ibizamini n’ubugenzuzi bw’amashuri NESA, kivuga mu Gihugu hose habarurwa abanyeshuri basaga ibihumbi 179 bakoze ikizamini gisoza icyiciro rusange n’icya kabiri by’amashuri yisumbuye.
