Utikingije COVID-19 ntakwiye kwimwa serivisi asanzwe yemerewe- Evariste/CLADHO

Umuhuzabikorwa w’Impuzamiryango Iharanira Uburenganzira bwa Muntu (CLADHO), Evariste Murwanashyaka avuga ko Leta y’u Rwanda ikwiye gutandukanya serivisi umuntu asanzwe yemerewe n’inkingo za COVID-19, akavuga ko nta muntu ukwiye kuzimwa kuko atikingije.

Kuva gahunda yo gutanga inkingo za COVID-19 yatangira, Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yatangaje ko kwikingiza ari ubushake bw’umuntu gusa ubu hari serivisi nyinshi umuntu adashobora guhabwa atikingije.

Imiryango itari iya Leta Iharanira Uburenganzira bwa muntu ivuga ko nta muntu wari ukwiye kwimwa serivisi asanzwe yemerewe ngo ni uko atikingije COVID-19.

Umuhuzabikorwa w’impuzamiryango iharanira uburenganzira bwa muntu (CLADHO), Evariste Murwanashyaka yagize avuga ko nubwo uburenganzira bwo kubaho ari bwo bw’ibanze ariko ko kwikingiza COVID-19 bitari bikwiye kuba itegeko.

Ati “Twabonye hari abatangiye kwirukanwa mu kazi kubera ko batikingije, urumva ko abo bantu barimo barabangamirwa.”

Evariste Murwanashyaka avuga ko gahunda yo gukingirwa idakwiye guhuzwa n’izindi serivisi umuntu asanzwe yemerewe.

Ati “Niba umuntu asanzwe yemerewe kujya kwivuza, yemerewe kujya mu ishuri akaba atajya mu ishuri atarikingije kandi atarabyumva […] ntabwo abantu bakabaye bafatirwa kuri serivisi.”

Avuga ko ibi bishobora no kugira ingaruka ku buzima bw’umuntu kuko hari uburenganzira bwe buba bwahonyowe.

Ati “Niba ari umuntu urwaye ugiye kwa muganga bagasanga atarikingije ubwo ntashobora kubura ubuzima kubera ko atarikingiza? Ibiri gukorwa ntabwo ari bibi ariko bikorwe nta muntu bihutaje.”

Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ushinzwe ubuzima rusange, Dr Mpunga Tharcisse avuga ko kwikingiza ari ubushake ariko ko utikingije atangomba kubangamira uwabikoze.

Ati “Ariko nanone iyo uhisemo kutikingiza nanone hari undi muntu ushobora kubangamira igihe waba urwaye ukaba wamwanduza ni ukuvuga ko niba ukeneye kujya aho abandi bahurira ari benshi bikingije biragusaba ko nawe wikingiza ariko niba utikingije kuki ujya kubanduza.”

Dr Mpunga Tharcisse avuga ko abakomeje kwanga kwikingiza bakwiye kurebera urugero ku babikoze kuko inkingo ntacyo zabatwaye ahubwo ko zibafasha kutazahazwa na COVID-19.
