Ubushinjacyaha bwagejeje imbere y’Urukiko Musenyeri Mugisha Mugiraneza Samuel wayoboraga Diyoseze ya Shyira y’Itorero EAR, bumusabira gukirikiranwa afunze by’agateganyo, bwanagaragaje ibikorwa bigize bimwe mu byaha ashinjwa, birimo kuba yarahaye umugore we kuyobora umuryango umwe, akanamugenera umushahara n’imodoka.

Ni mu iburanisha ku ifungwa n’ifungurwa by’agateganyo, ryabaye kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 06 Gashyantare 2025 mu Rukiko rw’Ibanze rwa Muhoza mu Karere ka Musanze.

Dr Musenyeri Mugisha Mugiraneza Samuel wayoboraga Diyoseze ya Shyira akaza kwegura, yatawe muri yombi tariki 21 Mutarama 2025, aregwa ibyaha bitatu, ari byo gufata icyemezo harimo itonesha, ubucuti, urwango, ikimenyane cyangwa icyenewabo, icyaha cyo kunyereza umutungo, n’icyaha cyo kwiha inyungu zinyuranyije n’amategeko.

Muri iri buranisha, Ubushinjacyaha ubwo bwagaragazaga bimwe mu bikorwa bigize ibyaha byakozwe na Musenyeri, nko ku cyaha cyo gufata icyemezo gishhiniye ku bucuti n’itonesha ndetse n’ikimenyane, bwavuze ko yakoresheje ububasha agafata icyemezo cyo kugira umugore we Abakunzi Jacqueline, Umuyobozi wUmuryango ‘Mothers Union’ ubundi akamugenera umushahara n’imodoka ya Diyoseze yagombaga kujya agendamo.

Nanone kandi kuri iki cyaha, Ubushinjacyaha bwavuze ko Musenyeri yagurishije imodoka ya Diyoseze amafaranga arenga miliyoni 20 Frw, kandi nta rwego rubifitiye ububasha mu Itorero rubifasheho icyemezo.

Musenyeri Mugisha waburanye ahakana ibyaha, yavuze ko nta cyemezo na kimwe yafashe bitabanje kwemezwa n’urwego rwubifitiye ububasha.

Yagize ati “Nta cyemezo nigeze nshyira mu bikorwa inama ya Sinodi itabimpereye uburenganzira kandi inyandiko zirahari.”

Ku byo guha umugore we inshingano, Musenyeri Mugisha yavuze ko umugore we atahembwaga amafaranga avuye mu itorero, ahubwo ko yabaga yatanzwe n’abaterankunga, ndetse avuga ko n’imodoka bivugwa ko yahaye umugore we ngo ajye agendamo, yakodeshwaga kandi ikinjiriza Itorero.

Naho ku cyaha cyo kwihesha inyungu binyuranyije n’amategeko, Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uregwa yagiye atanga amasoko ashingiye ku byemezo yabaga yafashe ku giti cye.

Bwagaragaje ko nk’inyubako y’Itorero iri kubakwa mu Mujyi wa Musanze, imodoka ya Musenyeri ari yo yakoreshwaga mu bikorwa byo kuyubaka.

Nanone kandi Musenyeri ngo yihaye isoko ry’amagi yahabwaga abana bo muri Diyoseze ya Shyira mu rwego rwo guhangana n’imirire mibi mu bana, kandi binyuranyije n’amategeko.

Uregwa ndetse n’abamwunganira mu mategeko, bahakanye ibyaha byose aregwa, basabye ko arekurwa agakurikiranwa ari hanze, cyane ko ngo afite ibibazo by’ubuzima.

Bavuze kandi ko uregwa asanzwe ari inyangamugayo, bityo ko adashobora gutoroka ubutabera, basaba ko arekurwa, banatanga ingwate y’ubutaka n’umwishingizi ari we Musenyeri Kolinti.

Urukiko rwahise rupfundikira uru rubanza ku ifungwa ry’agateganyo, rwanzura ko ruzatangaza icyemezo cyarwo tariki 11 Gashyantare 2025.
