Menya icyo RDF ivuga ku karasisi kayo kabaye bwa mbere mu Kinyarwanda n’icyatumye ibikora

Bwa mbere mu mateka y’Ingabo z’u Rwanda, hakozwe umwiyereko mu rurimi rw’Ikinyarwanda, kuva utangiye kugeza uhumuje. Ni ibintu byanyuze Abanyarwanda benshi basanzwe bakunda uru rwego rw’Umutekano ruzwiho ubudakemwa, rwagize icyo ruvubivugaho ndetse n’ikigiye gukurikiraho.

Tariki 15 Mata 2024, RDF yongeye kugaragarizwa ko yigaruriye igikundiro cya benshi, by’umwihariko ubwo bagaragazaga ko banyuzwe no kuba akarasisi k’Ingabo z’u Rwanda kakozwe mu Kinyarwanda ijambo ku rindi, mu gihe byari bimenyerewe ko gakorwa mu Kiswahili n’icyongereza.

Ni akarasisi kakozwe ubwo abasirikare 624 basozaga amasomo n’imyitozo mu ishuri Rikuru rya Gisirikare rya Gako, mu muhango wayobowe na Perezida Paul Kagame akaba n’Umugaba w’Ikirenga wa RDF, wahaye ipeti rya Sous Lieutenant aba basirikare.

Bamwe ntibatinye no kuvuga ko bishimangira kwigira kw’Abanyarwanda no guha agaciro Ururimi kavukire rwabo nk’uko Perezida Paul Kagame adahwema kubibashishikariza.

 

Akarasisi ko mu Kinyarwanda kaje gate?

Umuvugizi Wungirije w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda Lt Col Simon Kabera, avuga ko Ingabo z’u Rwanda nk’Urwego rw’Abanyarwanda, rwemerewe gukoresha indimi zose ziteganywa n’Itegeko Nshinga rya Repubulika y’u Rwanda rya 2003 ryavuguruwe muri 2015.

Avuga ko ariko nanone Ururimi rw’Ikinyarwanda ari rwo rubasha kumvwa n’Abanyarwanda benshi kurusha izindi ndimi ziteganywa n’Itegeko Nshinga, bityo ko ntacyabuza RDF kurukoresha nko mu birori nka biriya biba bikurikiwe kandi bikorewe Abanyarwanda.

Ati “Abanyarwanda benshi ni abashobora kumva Ikinyarwanda, kandi ibirori biba byakorewe Abanyarwanda, harimo ababyeyi baba bavuye hirya no hino kureba ibirori by’abana babo.”

Akomeza agira ati “Ni ishema rikomeye kuko baba bashobora kumva uko akarasisi karushaho gukorwa mu Kinyarwanda.”

Lt Col Simon Kabera avuga ko kandi kuba aka karasisi karakozwe mu Kinyarwanda bigashoboka, ndetse n’Abanyarwanda bakabyishimira, ari iby’agaciro.

Ati “Niba byashoboye gukorwa tukabona abantu baranabyishimiye, nta mpamvu dushobora kubireka, ahubwo tuzabikomeza, kandi bijyanye n’icyerekezo cy’Umukuru w’Igihugu.”

Umuvugizi Wungirije wa RDF avuga kandi ko nta mpungenge zihari ku banyeshuri b’abanyamahanga bazajya baza kwiga muri iri shuri rya Gako, kuko n’ubusanzwe amagambo akoreshwa mu karasisi, aba ari macye ku buryo atabananira kuyumva no kuyakurikiza.

Nanone kandi ku ngabo z’u Rwanda zizajya zijya mu butumwa mu Bihugu bitandukanye, Lt Co Simon Kabera avuga ko ntakizazibuza gukora akarasisi mu Kinyarwanda, kuko aho zijya hose zigenda mu mwambaro w’umuco w’Igihugu cyabo.
