Mu kujyana abanyeshuri ku mashuri havutse imbogamizi itarabayeho mbere

Mu bikorwa byo gusubiza abanyeshuri ku bigo by’amashuri bigaho, hagaragaye ikibazo cy’ubwinshi bwabo baje ku munsi wa nyuma w’ingendo bituma benshi barara batageze aho biga. Minisiteri y’Uburezi yavuze ko umubare w’abanyeshuri batabashije kugenda kuri iyi nshuro ari wo munini wagaragaye, igaragaza n’igishobora kuba cyabiteye.

Kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 08 Mutarama 2023 wari umunsi wa nyuma w’ingendo z’abanyeshuri bagombaga kwerecyeza ku bigo by’amashuri bigaho, gusa bamwe ntibabashje kugerayo kubera umubare munini wabo.

Kuri kaminuza yigenga ya Kigali (ULK) aho aba banyeshuri bafatiraga imodoka ziberecyeza ku bigo by’amashuri bigaho, byarinze bigera saa tatu z’ijoro, ari benshi bigaragara ko bose batabona imodoka zibajyana.

Bamwe mu babyeyi bo mu Mujyi wa Kigali bafashe icyemezo cyo kujya gufata abana babo babasubiza mu ngo, mu gihe abandi benshi baturutse mu Ntara bashakiwe aho bacumbikirwa.

Minisitiri w’Uburezi, Dr Uwamariya Valentine yavuze ko ikibazo cy’ababyeyi batubahiriza gahunda yo kohereza abana babo kare cyajyaga kibaho “ariko noneho byakabije nkeka ko batinze mu minsi mikuru.”

Minisitiri w’Uburezi yavuze ko aba banyeshuri batabashije kugera ku bigo bigaho, bataza gutereranwa. Ati “Turashaka uburyo tubacumbikira mu bigo by’amashuri n’ubundi bijya bibaho, hanyuma ejo mu gitondo [yavugaga muri iki gitondo cyo ku wa Mbere] gahunda izakomeza yo kubageza ku mashuri bigaho.”

Iyi gahunda y’ingendo zo kujyana abanyeshuri ku mashuri bagiye mu masomo y’igihembwe cya kabiri cy’umwaka w’amashuri wa 2022-2023, yatangiye ku wa Kane w’icyumweru twaraye dusoje ikaba yagombaga kurangira kuri iki Cyumweru.

Dr Uwamariya avuga ko mu minsi ibiri ya mbere haje abanyeshuri bacye “batangira kuza ari benshi ku munsi w’ejo [ku wa Gatandatu] ku munsi wo ku Cyumweru ho birakabya kubera ko buriya n’abashinzwe gutwara abagenzi ntabwo baba babyiteguye kuko baba bagomba no gukomeza gutwara n’abandi bagenzi batari abanyeshuri, iyo baje rero bakahahurira ni yo mpamvu byabaye ikibazo.”

Minisitiri w’Uburezi yibukije ababyeyi ko iyi gahunda yashyiriweho gufasha abana kugera ku mashuri nta nkomyi ariko ko ababyeyi bakomeje kuyikerensa.

Ati “Ababyeyi bajye badufasha iki kintu ntikizongere kubaho, natwe ubwo tuzakomeza tubivuge dukomeze ubukangurambaga.”

Yavuze ko nubwo umubare w’aba banyeshuri batabashije kugenda wari uri hejuru ugereranyije n’uwajyaga ugaragara, ariko inzego z’uburezi zavuganye n’ibigo by’amashuri byabacumbikiye ko bigomba no kubaha amafunguro yo kurarira.

Bamwe mu babyeyi bavuze ko batatinze kuzana abana babo ku bushake kuko na bo baba babanje kubura amafaranga y’ibikoresho ndetse n’ay’ishuri.

    Ikibazo si ababyeyi ahubwo ikibazo Kiri kuri transport imodoka ntabwo zihagije ministeri zikorane neza kuko niba umuntu ashobora guhagarar muri gale isaha , agahagarar kucyap isah 2 izo modoka ntazihari bifata amakosa NGO bayashyire kubabyeyi rwose
