Nubwo warota ntiwarota kuba Minisitiri- Dr.Utumatwishima abona amahirwe ari mu Rwanda ari nk’ibitangaza

Minisititi w’Urubyiruko n’Iterambere ry’Ubuhanzi, Dr. Utumatwishima Jean Nepo Abdallah, avuga ko icyizere ubuyobozi bw’u Rwanda bugirira urubyiruko kidasanzwe, yitangaho urugero kuba yaragizwe Minisitiri atarigeze yumva ko byashoboka.

Minisitiri Utumatwishima yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 24 Mutarama 2024 mu Nama y’Igihugu y’Umushyikirano, ubwo yabazwaga igihe yaba yaratangiye kugirira inzozi zo kuzaba Minisitiri.

Dr. Utumatwishima uvuga ko yakuriye mu muryango woroheje, akaba mu buzima buciriritse mu cyaro, yavuze ko ubwo we yari umwana muto mbere gato ya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi, mu Rwanda hari ibibazo byinshi, ku buryo abantu babonaga ejo habo hadahari.

Ati “Ikintu cyonyine umuntu yashoboraga kuba yagiramo inzozi zo kurota, ni ukuba mwabyuka mugasanga mu rugo ntimwahunze, kuko twahoraga mu ngendo, abantu bahoraga bahunga. Icya kabiri, wagira umugisha mukaba mutahunze, mukaba mwabona icyo kurya, nibura mwagira amahirwe mukaba mwarya nka rimwe ku munsi.”

Avuga ko muri icyo gihe kuri we atigeze atekereza ko yaziga akagera mu mashuri yisumbuye, kuko hari ibice abantu batari bemerewe kwiga.

Ati “Ikindi bavugaga ko umurimo ari uguhinga, ibindi ari amahirwe. N’ubundi umurimo usanzwe ari uguhinga ntakibazo, ariko bavugaga ko abantu ikigomba kubatunga ari uguhinga ubundi bagategereza amahirwe, cyereka iwanyu hari umutegetsi, cyangwa iwanyu ari abakire, uwo mu Majyaruguru.”

Akomeza agira ati “Kugira ngo ube uri umwana wo mu bakene, uzarote wakomeye, ni inzozi z’umwijima, bakujyana no kwa muganga.”

Avuga ko nyuma ya Jenoside, aho Umuryango RPF-Inkotanyi ubohoreye u Rwanda, ugatangira kubaka Igihugu uhereye ku busa, ari bwo abantu batangiye kubona ko ubuzima bushoboka, abana bose bakajya mu ishuri.

Kuri we ubwo yasozaga amashuri yisumbuye, akabona n’amahirwe yo gukomeza muri Kaminuza ari bwo yatangiye kugira ibyo arota ko byashoboka.

Ati “Abantu inzozi zatangiye gutangira, ariko nubwo wazigira, ntabwo wagira izo kuba Minisitiri, ndacyagerageza kureba igihe nazigiriye nkakibura.”

Yaboneyeho gushimira Perezida Paul Kagame n’ubuyobozi akuriye, bugirira icyizere abantu bose by’umwihariko urubyiruko.
