Abaturage bo mu Mudugudu wa Tuwonane mu Murenge wa Gihundwe mu Karere ka Rusizi bashinjwe n’Umuyobozi w’uyu Mudugudu kwica umwana we bugacya aboneka mu Mujyi wa Kigali bikavugwa ko yari yacitse ababyeyi kubera kutitabwaho, barasaba guhanagurwaho icyasha bari bambitswe.

Uyu mwana bivugwa ko yavuye iwabo mu ijoro akajya i Kigali acitse ababyeyi kubera kutamuha ibikoresho bihagije by’ishuri nk’uko bivugwa na bamwe mu baturanyi b’uyu muryango.

Mukamusa Drocela ati “Ntabwo abona ibikoresho by’ishuri nk’ko bikwiye. Umwana wiga muri segonderi kuba twakumvako yigana ikayi imwe.”

Umunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge wa Gihundwe Igabire Joyeux avuga ko yamenye iby’ibura n’iboneka ry’uyu mwana akanenga kuba umuyobozi ashinja abantu urupfu rw’umuntu bataboneye umurambo.

Uyu Muyobozi w’Umudugudu unengwa n’abo ayobora banavuga ko batigeze bamutora, ahubwo ko bamushyiriweho n’ubuyobozi nyuma y’uko uwo bari baritoreye yeguye bikavugwa ko yegujwe n’Umurenge.
