Kyra Nkezabera, whose parents include a Rwandan father and a Belgian mother, has reached the final round of the Miss Belgium beauty pageant. The 22-year-old contestant is now one step closer to the crown, bringing excitement to her supporters both in Belgium and Rwanda.
In a message shared on her social media platforms, Kyra expressed her joy, stating: “It is now official; Miss Belgium continues with me. I am proud to announce that I am officially a finalist
Continuing to appreciate her supporters for voting for her throughout the competition, she added: “Thank you for the support you have given me from the beginning up to this stage.”
Kyra Nkezabera is still calling on the public to support her by voting through the official Miss Belgium website, where her supporters can cast their votes.
In a recent interview with RADIOTV10, after she had been selected to represent the City of Brussels, Kyra said that she strongly believes she has a real chance of winning the crown, explaining that she meets all the required criteria and is confident in her abilities.
She said:“I have all the requirements, and I truly feel called to participate in this pageant. I joined the competition with confidence, and with God, I believe it will be possible.”
If Kyra Nkezabera wins the Miss Belgium crown, she would follow in the footsteps of Sonia Rolland Uwitonze, who competed in Miss France in 2000 and won the crown, making history.
