BREAKING: Imyaka y’igifungo yari yakatiwe Bamporiki yiyongereye

Hon. Bamporiki Edouard wabaye muri Guverinoma y’u Rwanda wari uherutse gukatirwa gufungwa imyaka ine akajurira, igifungo yari yakatiwe kiyongereho umwaka umwe, mu gihe ihazabu yari yaciwe yavuye kuri Miliyoni 60 Frw ikaba miliyoni 30 Frw.

Urukiko Rukuru rwari rwaburanishije ubujurire bw’uyu munyapolitiki, rwamukatiye iki gihano rumuhamije ibyaha akurikiranyweho bishingiye ku mafaranga yakiriye nk’indonke.

Ni icyemezo cy’Urukiko cyasomwe ku mugoroba wo kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 23 Mutarama 2023, ku cyicaro cy’Urukiko Rukuru i Nyamirambo.

Urukiko Rukuru rwemeje ko Bamporiki ahamwa n’icyaha cyo kwihesha ikintu cy’undi akoresheje uburiganya, rutegeka ko afungwa imyaka itanu no gutanga ihazabu ya Miliyoni 30 Frw.

Bamporiki afite uburenganzira bwo kongera kujurira iki gihano mu Rukiko rw’Ubujurire rukurikira Urukiko Rukuru mu bubasha.

 

Harakurikiraho iki?

Bamporiki waburanye adafunze, nyuma yo gukatirwa gufungwa imyaka ine mu Rukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Nyarungenge, yakomeje kuburana ubujurire adafunze, nkuko biteganywa n’amategeko ko igihe waburanye udafunze, ukajurira ukomeza kuburana ubujurire uri hanze.

Umwe mu banyamategeko babimazemo igihe mu Rwanda, mu kiganiro yagiranye na RADIOTV10, yavuze ko mu Gihe Bamporiki atahita ajurira iki cyemezo cy’Urukiko Rukuru, ashobora guhita afungwa.
