Umunyamategeko azanye ingingo nshya ku mukozi wa Leta ukekwaho ibiterasoni byo gusambanira mu kabari

Nyuma yuko umukozi w’urwego rwa Leta atawe muri yombi akekwaho icyaha cyo gukora ibiterasoni mu ruhame gishingiye ku mashusho y’uwo bivugwa ko yagaragaye asambanira mu kabari, Umunyamategeko avuga ko yagombye kuba ari gukurikiranwa hamwe n’uwo basambanaga, ndetse ko Ubushinjacyaha bugomba kuzagaragaza ibimenyetso simusiga ko uriya mugabo koko yari ari gusambana.

Imwe mu nkuru ziri kugarukwaho cyane ku mbuga nkoranyambaga, ni ishingiye ku mashusho yagaragayemo umugabo wicaye ku ntebe akikiye umukobwa basa nk’abari gutera akabariro mu kabari.

Ni amashusho bivugwa yafatiwe mu kabari gaherereye mu Kagari ka Nyarugenge mu Murenge wa Muhima mu Karere Nyarugenge mu Mujyi wa Kigali.

Ugaragara muri ayo mashusho, bivugwa ko asanzwe ari umukozi w’Akarere ka Nyamagabe, akaba yaramaze gutabwa muri yombi tariki 06 Mata 2023, aho acumbikiwe kuri sitasiyo ya RIB ya Muhima.

Umunyamategeko usanzwe akora akazi ko kunganira abandi mu nkiko, Me Jephte Uwayo, mu kiganiro kihariye yagiranye na RADIOTV10, yavuze ko niba niba koko uriya mugabo yari ari gusambana, yaba yarakoze icyaha cyo gukora ibiterasoni mu ruhame.

Yagize ati “Kiriya ni kimwe mu bigize icyaha cyo gukorera ibiteye isoni mu ruhame, ariko birasaba ko Ubushinjacyaha buzagaragza ibimenyetso bigaragaza niba koko yarakoraga icyo cyaha, aho yagikoreye niba ari mu ruhame n’ibindi.”

Ku kijyanye n’itabwa muri yombi ry’abakekwaho icyaha, Me Uwayo avuga ko ubundi abagaragara bakorana icyaha bakabaye batawe muri yombi bose kuko icyaha akekwaho bagifatanyije nubwo RIB itigeze itangaza niba yabafashe bombi cyangwa ari uriya mukozi w’Akarere ka Nyamagabe gusa yafashe.

Bamwe mu bagize icyo bavuga kuri ariya mashusho, bavuze ko usibye no kuba ari mukozi w’urwego rwa Leta, n’undi muntu wese bidakwiye ko akorera ibintu nka biriya ku karubanda.

Hari n’abavuga ko nta kidasanzwe kirimo, cyane ko mu mashusho bitagaragara neza niba koko aba bombi barakoraga imibonano mpuzabitsina nkuko bivugwa, ariko kandi bakanavuga ko kubihanirwa batabyumva neza kuko hari n’abajya bagaragara bari gukora imibonanno mu buryo bweruye bakanabyiyemerera ariko ntihagire ubibahanira.

    Kiriya cyaha yakoze ni urukozasoni, n’ubwo ntakigaragara ko yabikoze ariko babikoreye mu myenda, nabwo ni ubusambanyi, umuco nyarwanda barawusebeje kandi basebeje Imana, Imana irabyanga, ubwo rero ingaruka zose zizamubaho ni igihano agomba kubyakira.
